The complete overhaul of this luxury Gracia townhouse is perhaps our most ambitious project yet. Renovations will include the addition of an entire floor that will transform the modernist building into a stylish residence with four bedrooms available to rent. The overall concept will be anchored by multiple stylish communal spaces including a living room, kitchen, garden, and rooftop complete with a stunning swimming pool. The design will rooted in typical Barcelona aesthetic, with modern flourishes throughout. The interior will be a living, breathing homage to the surrounding neighborhood as we will source materials, furniture, and art from the surrounding merchants and designers. Once completed, Asturias will fit seamlessly into the fabric of Gracia, one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods.
