This project is in many ways the culmination of our creative vision. Of the 20 flats in this particular building, four will be completely renovated, including an ultra-luxe, two-bedroom penthouse complete with a swimming pool and two terraces that will feature an urban agriculture system perfect for growing organic vegetables. Two of the other renovated “garden” flats will come equipped with terraces that feature exotic plants that will create the feeling a tropical oasis in the heart of the city. The building itself is ideally located, as its within walking distance of the beach and and the Bogatell metro station, which connects to the city center within 10 minutes. It’s also adjacent to the Olympic Port and Village, home to a handful of seafood restaurants and attractive bars. For those looking to escape the cacophony of urban life, Barcelona’s famous Parc de la Ciutadella is also just a stone’s throw away.
